OSWL was born from a moment of clarity that only a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis can bring.

When you're stripped of what doesn't matter, what remains is sharp and true. For Angelah — watercolor artist, certified menopause coach, community builder — what remained was a declaration: I will only invest in what I love. I will only share what actually works. I will only make room for what heals.

OSWL (OnlySh*tWeLove) began with a single product born from that conviction. Tension Tamer — a CBD headache oil created by someone who needed it, tested by someone who meant it — became the foundation of something bigger: a wellness brand rooted in radical honesty and real plant medicine.

We built OSWL around four values we call S.H.I.T. — because we earned the right to say it, and because it's the most honest word for what we've filtered our lives through.
