CANCELLATION

To ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we ask that you cancel any unwanted orders as soon as possible. We are happy to offer free cancellations on all orders before they have been processed for delivery. However, please note that OSWL reserves the right to decline a cancellation request at any time, without penalty.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. To do so, please ensure that the item is unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. Once opened, all products are non-returnable, unless faulty.
